What tasks await you at our company?
- Processing of our domestic and foreign orders (from order entry to invoicing)
- Order clarification in cooperation with various internal departments
- Telephone and written customer correspondence in German and English
- Temporary takeover of the telephone switchboard
- Preparation of export and customs documents
- Successfully completed commercial training and professional experience in the field of order processing desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Knowledge of MS Navision is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility as well as a solution-oriented way of working
- Team spirit as well as independent working style in a global environment
