The Job:
We seek a Sales Director / Director of Origination in Germany to advance our mission by sourcing and securing attractive investment opportunities in telecommunications.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of originators that source and close on telecom ground lease and fiber-based infrastructure acquisitions.
- Identify, build, and manage a network of broker originators to source and close ground lease and fiber-based infrastructure transactions.
- Build relationships with customers and institutional partners to identify large-scale investment opportunities and increase the value and revenue from the Company’s asset portfolio.
Experience:
- A background in telecommunications real estate.
- Real estate negotiation and closing experience.
- Business-to-Consumer direct sales, including outbound dialing.
- Business development experience and existing relationships with telecommunications providers a plus.
- Experience leading sales teams preferred.
