TikTok’s Brand Partnership team is responsible for building long term partnerships with the top brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

In this role, you will be working closely with the Client Solutions and Agency Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients. Success in this position requires a focus on client business, stakeholder management, industry thought leadership and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment while providing strategic solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite, a unique blend of industry and sales knowledge.

  • All roles are available in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg
Responsibilities

Leadership
  • Drive growth for the advertising business and the brand partnerships team in the region, specifically with our e-commerce advertisers
  • Work with both regional & international leadership committees to design and implement a sales strategy that will maximize the revenue potential
  • Responsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change, coaching and performance management
  • Equip the team with the right skills and book of business that matches their skills & will the deliver the best outcome for all parties (TikTok, Clients and team members)
Revenue Partnerships
  • Drive collaboration with senior stakeholders of TikTok's advertising clients within the e-commerce industry
  • Sponsor and close strategic & long-term deals with top clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales to cover the e-commerce potential holistically
Product Management
  • Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients
  • Understand key levers in product adoption in order to drive revenue for our advertising clients
  • Analyse data and glean insights to execute the clients' strategy with TikTok's marketing solutions
Qualifications
  • Experience in advertising, digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus
  • Industry understanding, especially when it comes to performance marketing is a must
  • Demonstrated track record of leading a team to achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Strong leadership and excellent communication skills; ability to build, lead and develop a high calibre sales team
  • Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit & growth mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written English and German communication skills
