Summary

For the Area "Supply Chain Planning and Calculation" we are looking for a "Dispatcher (f/m/d)" at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.

The "Planning and Costing" Area is responsible for production planning and costing. It is ensured that production materials can be procured on schedule and made available to production at the right time and with the right quality. Production plans as well as capacity utilization are coordinated with production.

Your Tasks

• Creation of a production plan taking into account production capacities and material availability
• Coordination of deadlines, postponements as well as compensation of capacity fluctuations
• Coordination of production orders with team leaders and scheduling in production
• Daily monitoring of the production plan and initiation of corrective actions if necessary
• Ensuring material availability for production
• Participating in order clarification meetings and bringing in scheduling aspects
• Execution of bottleneck and escalation management
• Develop proposals for scrapping or recycling of excess material

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Experience in the areas of production control, material and capacity planning
• Confident handling of the SAP modules MM, SD and PP
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Very good communicative ability and good team skills
• Analytical thinking as well as a structured and efficient way of working
• Good German and English skills
