Your role
- Plan, execute and evaluate laboratory projects with external laboratory partners including organising samples, planning methods and analyses among others
- Trace non-conformities and initiate improvement measures
- Provide technical support for raw material and supplier qualification and continuously improve process, documents and structures

Develop scientifically based risk assessment for food contaminants in various matrices- Implement and optimise Quality processes within the department as well as adjacent areas e.g. Sourcing, Purchasing as well as Production
- Establish and maintain the knowledge structure on Risk Assessment within the company
Your profile
- Degree in Food Science and Technology, or similar field of study
- 1-4 yearf of experience in selecting, planning, organising and performing laboratory tests, methods and interpreting results
- Scientific approach to the preparation of risk classifications in accordance with the HACCP approach
- Experience at the interface between Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs
- Relevant experience in the dietary / food industry, food supplement or nutraceutical sector is an advantage!
- Desirable experience with food safety certifications such as ISO 22000, IFS or similar

Sunday Natural was born out of a long-standing passion and research in the areas of health, healing and self-development. The lack of natural, high-quality products on the market provided the original motivation for founding Sunday Natural in 2013. We want to produce exactly the products we would like to buy ourselves. As natural as possible, absolutely pure, free of all additives and with the highest possible quality. Sunday Natural is purely privately financed, independent and today one of the renowned German quality manufacturers, with its own research and development department in Berlin. We cooperate with selected research institutes, scientists, therapists, farmers and professional associations for the continuous development of our products.
We take our ecological responsibility very seriously: Our entire range is therefore vegan and - with a few exceptions - vegetarian. We also go our own way when it comes to packaging: the majority of our products are packaged in glass and are therefore almost completely recyclable.
We have a diverse team of 170 people, still growing but in a healthy speed. Our aim is to work in a collaborative, supportive and encouraging work environment with a diverse group of motivated, talented, and visionary colleagues.
